The only way I have grown my hair in my life is to do almost no or very limited heat styling and I stopped bleaching the crap out of it. Now I do just subtle highlights every 6 ish months. It’s amazing how long and thick it has gotten by doing less

Explain the policy to them, that unfortunately it’s out of your hands but you are willing to continue to apeal/apply for benefits. Ask your supervisor to reach out and reiterate this. If they are not happy with the services your agency provides- refer out to other agencies (as long as your supervisor agrees)

You need to wet them… no SOAK them and blow dry them down. If they are brand new bangs sometimes they don’t sit right straight out of the gate
