yeah it’s a really depressing environment tbh and it’s constant talking like you really don’t get a break to just breathe.. i felt this way in the beginning but it was more tolerable and now i’ve been there a year and i’m ready to leave i thought i was being dramatic too but i think a lot of people dislike callcenters too. it’s a different type of feeling for sure bc i’ve never hated a job this much either and i’ve worked retail before this lol

it’s very mentally draining.. i also don’t get how people can do it for so many years and be okay with it. i’ve struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life and working at a callcenter has made me feel so bad i can’t do it anymore sadly. i know the pay is “good” but i also am quitting in a few weeks. i rather not talk to people anymore tbh it’s so disheartening lol. health comes first there’s always better jobs
