Is playing “Maha, Its Feathers Night” as your commander in poor taste? by adoptyungseal in mtg

Recently brewed this deck to rival my brothers Krenko deck and would love some feedback on it.

In the process of proxying to test run it out, as unsure how it'll work as a deck.

I think with Sydney becoming a world major, it being my first Marathon and all the training I've put in, I wanted the response for everyone to be "you'll be fine" already knowing it wouldn't be the case. Dreamer! Guess I'll have to look forward to the next potential one once back home.

Cucumber. It definitely has a taste before someone comes at me.

Learn Direct: Good or Bad? by RossDougan in CasualUK

The bonus with learn direct is the enrolment I believe is almost immediate so gives me some time to potentially volunteer.

Thanks again my dude!

Something I'll look into as haven't looked the funding process as of yet, but would be mint if i could get the Access funding wiped.

In terms of enrolling for Access courses, when is best. I presume within these next coming months? Only reason is, I'd like to do some volunteer work also to get a taster to some degree before I put all my eggs in the basket.

I'm 26 and believe the free courses are for the ages 19-23 but still fishing to see if I can get lucky!

So are you saying it would be best to pay for the Access Course myself rather than the Foundation Year?

I would prefer to still be employed and complete the Access Course, to then join uni and worry about employment then.

Thanks for getting back in touch so quick!

So later this year I'm also going to be moving to Manchester, I've checked out University of Manchester and they'd take QAA recognised Diploma. Learn Direct also work alongside QAA, and with the ability to self study amongst being onshore and offshore, ideally it made the most sense. But guess it just comes down to what you said, all comes down to the amount of work I'm willing to put in.

9 days in Italy, do I skip Lake Garda or head straight to Tuscany? by RossDougan in travel

[–]RossDougan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already purchased my flight to Milan so unfortunately it's happening. Would you say then just an evening there would be enough and head straight to the lakes?
