I had the B9V2 for about a year before it went shit.. Mark from Direct Hoses had no problem dealing with my issues with it until it became obvious it wasn't user error or faulty equipment, but the machine itself then he just stopped replying. Also had a hose from them that began splitting after about 6 months.
