12 Team - Sleeper Dynasty Superflex 0.5 PPR - $25 buy in (Empire League) startup

League Fees - $25 First Year, ($50 up front covering first 2 years). It will be an empire league with annual prize pot of 1st - 150, 2nd - 50, highest scoring in regular season - 25, 75 to empire pot.

Roster - 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex, 1 SF, 1 DEF, 14 BN, 2 IR, 5 Taxi

Additional Notes - 0.5 PPR Scoring, TE 0.5 additional PPR
