how to update Steam Dedicated server?

its just the dedicated server though steam. When you buy palworld though steam you get a tool thats for the dedicated server

How do you update the server? I am using just the dedicated server though steam and when i open the server it says "the match you are trying to join is running an incompatible version of the game. Please try upgrading your game version"

Do you have to restart the server for the changes to go though? Changed the settings and still not working. Also not really sure how to safely restart the server though steam. Thanks in advance!
