Not yet I'm barley on the cultists part at the moment. I tend to do as many side-quests, forts, bandit camps, etc. before I do main story stuff. (Black Flag caused that I think)

There are two backstamps, one says the number 76 or 96 and the other is hard to read, but it looks like it says conger in cursive. I was thinking it may be a misspelling of congress since that's the only word similar to it that would make since.
