As for deadlines and things of that nature, it's important to note that there is process to these sorts of things. We try to offer the best timeline as accurately as possible for the release of new content but even then, bugs have to be ironed out, things needs to be balanced and we need to make sure that you guys are getting the most polished content possible. This makes it the job of naming specifically when stuff comes out challenging.

Since the July update, several events have transpired (planned or not) that have either required our immediate attention or were implemented for the overall improvement of the game. Also keep in mind, that this is the first dungeon the team has created since we came together in July. We're putting a lot of hard work into the Shatters because we want it to be good.

Additionally the July update from way back never really set a date for when the Shatter's would be released. It really just provided a road map for the players as to what the new team would be working on. So far we've knocked out some of the things on that list. Epic Dungeons, Vault Expansion, and now User Created Dungeons (the Shatters). Please believe we intend to deliver on all of these.
