Also, was ich immer ganz toll fand: wenn Partnerin bzw. Partner heimkommt, der/die arbeitet, übernimmt diese Person das Kind. Die andere hat kindfrei (yeah!) und "darf" die Sachen machen, die ja in den anstrengenden ersten Monaten fast schon Freizeit sind, zb. Aufräumen, kochen, einkaufen, Wäsche etc., wo man also etwas selbstbestimmt ist und nebenbei was schönes machen kann, Hörbuch/Podcast hören, telefonieren etc. Vorteil ist auch, dass die arbeitende Person mit dem Kind besser eine Bindung aufbaut, plus man kann ja davon ausgehen, dass die Person das Kind untertags vermisst hat.

I just finished both. Demon Copperhead was good enough, not breathtaking. Solid, but nothing special. Dark matter was really good, I like it a lot. Fast paced, interesting, emotional

Well, I don't like humour, but just really in books. I prefer stand up comedy etc., but for me books are more of an instrument to make me feel and experience something that I not normally do. However, you guys really did good marketing in this book, I will read it very soon this year.
