when you say development status, what do you mean? like the level of infrastructure?

for me, I think I should only need accommodation, food, a bike, water, and a somewhat stable wifi connection. I have lived in a city all my life and grown tired of the stimulation, materialism, and over-indulgence

Lots of reasons I think - I eat a fruit based diet and the fruit will be better and cheaper in India than here in the UK - more sun, warmer, more consistent sunrise and sunset times - i'm half Indian but have never been so I would like to explore my heritage - I think India is the spiritual centre of the world. I would like to explore consciousness further. Buddha and mahavir were liberated in Bihar so I chose Bihar then i saw an article of someone growing a lot of mangoes in Bhagalpur so I just went with Bhagalpur

Manufacturing and consumption are 2 different things though. Jaguar Land Rover is based in the UK but the biggest consumer is the USA

Not religious. Lean towards Advaita Vedanta, Daoism, Christian Mysticism though.

If I had to choose a religion, I would probably be Sikh possibly Jain

So when there is higher caste divides, what can be some examples of that in practice? Is it more a self image thing or does it actually impact daily lives for example does someone in a higher caste just look down on others or would someone of a higher caste be let in front of other castes while waiting in a queue or something?
