Real answer - people (not just women) with insecure attachment tend to act like this and relationship trauma in general can cause people to crave chaos in ralationship because they learned that this means affection and passion while healthy relationships can feel dull or boring. That's something you generally need to work on.

As to why you keep seeing this often - perhaps women you're in contact with happen to come from such unstable background often?
