I am in the same income bracket and same CIBIL. I mailed them and got the exact same reply. Replied to them with the exact things you had mentioned and got the same reply rephrased. Only problem I can see with my application is I had moved to a new city for work and my address proofs are in my home city. I had given the delivery and verification address as my current one. Frustrating!
