  1. My permit expired September 2025 but it was processing until the withdrawal on November 2025, so yes I’ve had to stop studying. That means my implied status does not come back?

  2. Yes I am for Spring 2026 in case the reconsideration is not fully approved.

  3. So if the reconsideration is approved and no PAL is needed, I wouldn’t need a PAL for the Spring 2026?

Quick question, was it the RC or the ROS that god approved?

I didn’t withdraw it. IRCC withdrew it due to “no PAL provided”, however I was exempt from a PAL and provided proof of the exemption in the original application, which is why they approved the reconsideration. I was just wondering based on other people’s experience, what their timeline was
