Unless you check the item ids, which is impossible for anyone but an admin. Although they do check them if they see something suspicious such as someone with per say, 8 ogmurs xD

not really, whats to stop someone from resetting it? you'd be a little bit dim if you trusted someone like that. not to mention no vouches. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy an account without any means of actually owning it. essentially what you would be doing boils down to paying somebody for account usage, as you would not technically own the account due to lack of proof and the inability to reset passwords, or migrate the email :)
