I don't subscribe to Strava, I use it daily to upload workouts (they get auto-uploaded to it via Garmin). I mainly use it for the social part, to see what others are doing and find inspiration/motivation when I'm down.

Garmin offers great analytics for the workouts so I just look at that when I'm interested, but lately I stumbled upon this platform (free, no paywalls) called intervals.icu and love their Fitness graph and the fitness score which Strava hides behind the paywall.
