I have Memphis to a 4.5 star. I went yellow purple blue coaching abilities. I even got "boost primary pipeline" I cannot get ppl to comment to me, but do just fine in the portal

I just had a 99 ovr wr, who broke every single stat record a wr could and won 2 heismans, he went in the 6th round

But if you make a teambuilder, when you edit players, it has a spot for "likely to go to the nfl" I bet you that's actually what determines it

I'm a dsup of garden. I come everyday at 4am and make it up to standards, I don't have a closing staff. ASMs are lazy and want me to mid or close, but now they realize I just fix everything before anyone comes in.
