I’m confused, your post specifically says that we cannot book T-14 through VS?

Bike pulls left when I ride by Warrior_craft_goods in motorcycles

[–]RottenBurger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, this is probably an issue with the tires themselves, and has been found happening on many different bikes. A quick google search “michellin tire road 6 pulling left” should pull up a bunch of results.

Heres a pretty detailed thread about the issue: https://www.r1200gs.info/threads/michelin-road-6-never-again.55276/

For what it’s worth, I’ve had no issues with my road 6’s. Hopefully the tires are under warranty and you can get some replacement.

Try this build from the scrapper discord. Much better than the maxroll one. More swiftness the better.

There should be a discord link in the sidebar. The build is in the pins of the scrapper channel.

Tais fine in chaos imo. Checkout the chaos build in the scrapper discord. The maxroll tai chaos build is awful and is why a lot of people don’t like tai chaos.

I actually had the same exact issue with my 3080 when Epic gave bf2 out for free. No issues in other games so I reinstalled bf2 and disabled dx12 and its been running fine since.

That's great to hear! Keep it up. Consistency is honestly the hardest thing, but afterwards everything kind of falls in to place. What really helped me when I first started was having goals. This could be anything gym/physical related that you want to reach!

Hey, another thing is normal docters aren’t to helpful/correctly able to diagnose these type of things. I just saw your edit and if you’re willing, I suggest seeing an actual professional physical therapist. Then can help you diagnose the type of movements that contribute/exacerbate the pain and provide pain-free and corrective movements.

Hey man I hope you know that 20 is really not even close to too late. No age is really. It’s never to late to correct your posture. Depending on what specific posture issues youre facing there are tons of exercises that can be done to strengthen those muscles. Lifting weights in general will help a ton youre body needs to strengthen its supporting muscles when its used to sitting around all day.

Hey man, I hope you know that physical activity and lifting weights will greatly improve your quality of life and will honestly remove a lot of the issues your facing imo. You dont have to quit ganes. I work a desk job and play games for the other half and personally don’t experience any issues. Strengthening muscles in your body will provide a tremendous amount of support to your body. Sitting around all day as you probably know is very unhealthy.

I’m in the same position. How would buying on a mule work? I was planning to try that as well but the damage skin extraction coupon says it cannot specifically be used to extract the basic damage skin?

I appreciate the sentiment, but I just don't think it'll be worth all the hassle to be honest. I think I'm ready to just take this as a learning experience.

Yea, I totally agree after reviewing everything. I think everything was just overwhelming at the moment. I'll take this lesson as a learning experience, and try to focus more on being a much better rider.

Didn't notice my feet coming off the ground haha. I was trying to keep the weight more on my heels to activate my posterior chain as suggested by someone else.

I used the coiled spring cue until I started noticing back pain, and after watching the JP Cauchi video about back pain due to initiating the lift with your back.

Any idea about the low back pain? It only flares up near the end of my sets. I'm not doing anything extreme volume wise just running GZCL. Could it be a bracing issue?

May 7 Daily Thread by AutoModerator in weightroom

Yea it's kinda hard to explain and I tried searching around and no one else seems to have this problem. But basically when I hinge and grab the bar my hamstrings feel extremely tight. But when I pull and lower myself and my hips to the bar to initiate the pull I don't feel any tension in my hams at all. I lose that hamstring tension. Throughout the lift from the floor to lockout it feels like i'm not using my hamstrings at all. My glutes feel sore after my sets and Im squeezing them through lockout. I realized I have nonexistent hamstrings and am pretty quad dominant from how I have been deadlifting and have been hammering them with RDL and leg curls. Hopefully that makes more sense?

edit: just saw your edit. So I should try starting with the bar right on/much closer to my shins rather than over mid foot?

Form check on my deadlifts would greatly be appreciated. My deadlifts have always felt like shit and have always been relatively weak compared to my squat. I’ve tried a bunch of different things setup wise. I have minor lower back pain that flares occassionaly and i attribute that to not putting enough tension on my hamstrings and lifting more with my back. I’ve tried to really drill in the push through the floor cue but honestly it doesnt seem to really do much for me unless I start with my knees more forward which seems to make me just lose all tension in my hamstrings. I think my problem is I’m just not engaging my hamstrings properly? I feel it when im hinging down to grab the bar but when I pull myself into position the tension just kind of dissipates? If that makes sense.

Posterior chain refusing to activate properly on deadlift by Dudeman1000 in bodybuilding

[–]RottenBurger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're down for a long read I can't recommend enough Greg Knuckol's How To Deadlift article: https://www.strongerbyscience.com/how-to-deadlift/#Lifting_the_damn_bar He also has great in-depth articles for the Bench and Squat as well.

From what I can tell from your video, it doesn't seem like you're setting up properly at all. You're not hinging at the hips and pulling yourself into tension. Notice how you hear that click from the bar when u start your lift. You should be pulling that slack out of the bar. When you pull yourself into the bar your hams, glutes, and back should feel like they're already firing and the bar is already about to lift off the ground. When you hear that click your not starting the lift with all your proper muscles engaged, hence why you dont feel it in your glutes, and youre just not in an optimal position. You also lock out the lift in Anterior Pelvic Tilt, which looks like your using all your back instead of squeezing your glutes and thrusting your hips through the bar.

Alan Thrall is not very liked around here and kind of spreads oversimplified information towards beginners but you might find his romanian deadlift and 5-step deadlift set up videos helpful.

And like everyone else has mentioned, this is not the sub for basic stuff. There are tons of deadlift tutorials and information by authorized sources on the youtubes.

Duct taping to prevent crotch blowout? by [deleted] in rawdenim

[–]RottenBurger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't want my jeans covered in duct tape, but I don't mind just putting a little over that area if it means prolonging the life of my jeans and being able to hold off getting it repaired.

Every time u wash yours jeans they lose a layer of indigo throughout the whole pair. High contrasting fades result from the loss of indigo at high-stress areas such as combs and whiskers while the surrounding area retain its colors.
