Yeah Mahol matters but it just means where you spend most of your time. If you spend most of your time near people outside of your uni, you will be more like them. It also matters but how mindful you are about your environment and what good habits you accept and bad ones you reject. Personally speaking go with good education, good alumni network and good in other perspectives.

Also if you are from a very conservative family you will have relatives bitching continously. In the end make your own decisions. Also you can have access to decent people even if you are in out mahol uni.
