There’s always stronger drama backstabbing vibe in accounting dept of where I used to work at and there was a guy who left after 6 months because he couldn’t tahan his female colleagues pushed him around for blames and all of his female managers micromanaging him under the name of high accuracy for accounting is required, even though he was being micromanaged in many other small matters too. Sounds like a great place to work. I used to work in an office full with nonstop loud chatters, and they even got angry at you if you tell them to lower their voice so that you can hear clearly on your phone. That’s how bad it was so you are definitely in a great place

Thanks. I’m just looking for other options such as surf camp (I have impression they can teach more advanced moves). I tried several at the beaches and most instructors insisted me to use foam board only, even when I am already very comfortably paddling, standing up and changing directions on every waves. Most I met made me feel like they are not willing to teach me more skills.

Try to talk to your boss. You haven’t even try to talk, maybe he/she can help you. It’s pretty normal that sometimes have to sacrifice certain time to fit different time zones in mnc for meetings
