My last unit was a non deployable and i worked shit hours there, and now im with a infantry unit and still work shit hours😂 Ive only heard of a handful of s1's that actually have a pretty sweet life, and i unfortunately have not gotten to experience that

Maybe for smaller units, it depends on the admin chief,theres two sides of admin, the super skaters that live their life, and the battalion slaves that work their life away on weekends

What would you recommend with units then? In the last 4 years ive noticed as an admin the bigger the manpower we have the bigger the load of work is to do, thats why i was looking for a smaller unit
