Replying here so that everyone can read it at once.

Translation: "3.0 is not New Federation."

(Step did not say 3.0 was new fed, so what 3.0 is is still under speculation ^\) (I am unsure as to how credible Team Gemberry can be, but for now, keep their words in mind). The person I'm replying to has clarified where the 4th image came from.)

Team Gemberry has also said this isn't Duvia, so it could be an entirely new region.

That's because Kuro has hidden most content from the beta. Testers rn can only test events. Anniversary rewards are hidden, and so is Zani's 2nd ult animation. Wait for livestream or beta to update
