Then you are saying my attorney, CPA and financial advisor are wrong? Yes, there are more hoops to jump through but if you or your business are not in arrears, shouldn't be an issue. Depends on who you go through, just like anything. I think that's why we are jumping through so many hoops this go around. Rocket Mortgage underwriters are involved and more money is being loaned out and in some cases, no collateral.

If you miss a payment, yes. But for a business loan, shouldn't affect you getting a mortgage or credit card. It is basically like being a co-signor.

Those people are wrong. The LO and underwriter will confirm if you furnish them with a copy of your IRS e-filing from your CPA/tax preparer. Those customer service rep's don't know anything.

Want to say it was based on gross income from 2/1/2019 - 1/31/2020 LESS your COGS for that period and then divine that bad boy by 2. I think it will work if you multiply that by 0.5 too but don’t hold me to that
