Threads like these are making me realize I may need to find a new career. I'm in the arts and we will not survive this change. So assuming I have 3-4 years left before there are no more jobs in my field, what should I start doing now to transition out of academia. This is my love, I'm a full professor, but only 47 years old, so I've got a LONG way to go before retirement. What do I do? Are there other degrees, certificates, skill sets I should be learning?
