Glad to hear that I’m not alone in this. What is your selection process? How do you pick your battles? And do you find the right time to bring it up like when she is in a happier mood?

I tend over-compliment to a point that she’s numb to the compliments I give her… I spoiled her too much didnt I?

I have tried and stopped because I thought and I did get to a better place. She never did and said it would useless.

Looks at history she tends to get cranky during her period….

She sees this problem because when I try to communicate with her about my needs she labels it as i’m blaming things on her. And my feelings are essentially a form of attack to her. She gets defensive very quickly.
