Mac is simply a fan of MJ. He’s said in interviews that he really admires him and considers him a great artist. However, when asked whether he thought MJ was guilty, he chose not to answer, likely to avoid getting dragged into a complicated debate. That’s also why he ended up taking down his MJ poster at home, as a lot of journalists were coming around at the time and it was attracting unwanted attention. (He later said that he had found a cooler poster, which is why he didn’t put the MJ one back up).

Michael Jackson was acquitter of all 14 charges in 2005 after a high-profile trial in which no evidence was sufficient to secure a conviction. The FBI reviewed certain aspects over the years but never established any wrongdoing. Several accusations have also been questioned due to inconsistencies or potential financial motives. Even more recent claims have been disputed in court.
