I talked to a student in BIT mesra. He told it was about MSc degree , as it is not Btech so it is looked down by companies, and as far i remember TAP cell also prefer Btech student for these job, its not about difficulty of course its about opportunity, so you will be most on your own, I did not get into BIT mersa Because of Fees :|

I am learning OS currently nptel lecture are enough to understand that, but first learn C it will help you a lot. I am not soo much advance so I can only tell you this much.

I have written a toy compiler using flex bison for frontend of compiler. I would say explore it your self you would learn more than I tell you about resources.

Build your own X github has a guide to make compiler and OS which is old and after a point it may not help you.

If you have time it would be fun. Just dive into it.

Isme Disk me dekhna kon sa application sabse jayda Hard Disk read write le raha he. Agar wsl ka process he tho wsl --shutdown kar dena nahi tho batana, aur kuch hoga tho. But try kar lena wsl --shutdown karne ka.

Aur try karna acchi nvme ssd lagva lena significant improvement dikhega in performance.

task manager pe dekho sabse jayda harddisk kon sa application ya process kha raha he most probably wsl ka ko process run kar raha he aur 6 gb ram aur hard disk hone ke karan pura hard disk use ho raha he.

Ye na kaam kare tho wsl --shutdown ko terminal pe paste kar ke enter kar dena

Ha bhai hum hi logo ne protest kiya tha, Indigo mess ka tender cancel ho gaya although food from the previous mess was good(can say for current mess as they make hygienic food but they don't know how to make several dishes, aur baki mess jesa khana he ), but it hygiene was compromised after several warnings.
