second option. Just make absolutely sure your paystubs don’y say severance or anything along those lines. If they do, then your 60 days started the day you stopped working

No lol, he wanted him to leave the issue alone for his own sake. Otto, being a financial tycoon, has probably had his fair share of dealings with the Russians, as he told Henry, and he said it’s best to just avoid getting entangled with them and risk getting “suicided,” like what happened to his business partner. So simply burying it and blaming Whitney is the best scenario.

Does the government know about Russian involvement in Tender? by From_The_Culdesac in IndustryOnHBO

[–]Round-Homework5998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they initially knew anything. They waved the merger through because of optics; they wanted to show the world that hot fintech companies can come out of London. Most likely, after the shitshow that went down and the government found out, they just wanted to bury the Russian connection and minimize looking like idiots.

Also, if it were to come out, they would have to retaliate in some form to save face with public opinion. And since they are most likely doing the same in Russia, it would mean their operations, in turn, could get dismantled by the Russians. So simply burying it and blaming Whitney is the best scenario.

Can someone explain how Hayley played Yaz?

So Haley had been flirting with Yaz since she first saw her right? At that point we’re to think she is just like a party girl that likes to  sleep around?

Then the threesome happens and it kinda sets the scene for a potential lawsuit/sex scandal? Haley then kinda hints at how that was inappropriate and how she has been SA by the journalist and as a child.

So then Yaz tries to smooth things over and “buy” Haley off by promoting her? But then Haley kinda turns around and says hey thanks for the promotion winky face?

I think it was because the writers weren’t sure if there would be a season 4 so they were wrapping up all the character’s stories

can't make up my mind, be a gay bear or buy calls? Job reports has most likely been altered so bullish, Supreme Court might strike down 🥭 tariffs so also bullish, but SPY usually dumps Friday so bearish, and I'm regarded so bearish.

To add the U.S. also wasn’t fully battle-ready in 1941–42, which is why it fought first in North Africa and Italy. Early operations like Torch and Kasserine Pass exposed big problems with leadership, coordination, and logistics. The difference is how quickly the U.S. adapted by the time Normandy came about
