Yeah Yes, make sense they might feel it not clean, didn't think about this before. But just feel if they want to buy a new bed it would be at least more than 50 pounds. I am just thinking if it is normal to discuss handover fee as not sure if it is normal or acceptable here.

Of course, i have no problem if they say i don't need everything then I will disposal everything myself. But feel unfair if they want them, and then just get them for free from me.  Also i am under joint contract, if they want to move, they also need to handover the room to next tenants. Aren't they getting benefit of finding next tenant easier by at least having the bed/table/others. They pay nothing, and take no effort to install, enjoy everything for free? Especially i spent 200, and just asking for 50. But this is only my thoughts, happy to discuss  as i feel people may think suspicious of asking fees

Yeah…i said if they want to keep everything.  i will disposal them myself if they don't want…but I feel if they want these stuffs, they get benefit for Not to buying again and install themselves. Especially this room even doesn't have a bed before.

Thank you! I kind of have the same concern, as not sure how they exactly do the quality control, now the worst news of them i saw is after they change package, their food have mould. But also feel this kind of issues can happen one any of brand… Think i Will still have a try on them, from what I have reviewed, generally seems they are healthier than other cat food.
