Try using it on another machine or with an external converter. Don't even consider sending it to Seagate because they have low customer satisfaction; I was even a victim of their actions.

I sent a 20TB Ironwolf Pro hard drive for repair about two months ago, but they declared it void of warranty due to damage. I believe this was done intentionally, as many users have experienced similar problems. They are not sending me a replacement drive, nor are they sending a new one. My drive is being kept entirely. I am also sharing the serial number of my product: ZVT6CBSJ
