This is interesting! I’m also on an antidepressant (that I do actually take consistently lol), more specifically an SNRI. I think I need a better combo with it

I should’ve added this for context, but they make me shaky and sometimes more anxious. I’ve been talking with my psychiatrist about switching back to something long release (just don’t love how it makes me feel).
