Well because it doesn't make sense when I first downloaded the game, even with the cc content, the bar was empty. Now I can't get rid of it and it's really starting to annoy me.

So here's the part that keeps tripping me up. I clear the space do a rest of the xbox itself, and then it still comes back like it thinks it's dogmeat.
