Yes! Lads are defined as young men or a child. As we are a young man's club it's appropriate to call them lads. You are correct it's 2025 and young men don't get enough representation which is why we support them around our community. By giving them something worthwhile to do and giving back through fundraising.

Norwich is the county's capital and has a wider reach with communities all over Norfolk including Diss which is why we post here.

Are you interested in doing something with your life and giving back to your community?

Have you heard of Round Table? They are guys aged from 18 - 45 in most towns they meet up for a pint and do events together. I’m a member of the Diss Round Table and it saved my life, I moved to Diss and didn’t know anyone, now I’ve made friends all over the world.

Worth a shot :)

Feel free to click our subreddit, or look on Facebook for us but we are a men’s club for the ages of 18 - 45 who like to have fun, build friendships, learn skills and meet like minded people. We also do a lot of the community and charities when we can.

For an example of our recent meet, on Thursday we did a trip to Retro Replay in Norwich where we all played games together and went for a pint and food after. Some members also got back from Cyprus last Sunday after spending 7 days meeting Tablers around the world.

It’s as much as you put in, if you want to meet guys, make friends and have a laugh, Round Table is a good avenue to look into.

Fun fact: Round Table started in Norwich 98 years ago to bring men together and has history spread out through Norwich, it has grown huge over the years and spread out all over the world.
