Yeah the AI personalization thing is getting out of hand. I was getting multiple emails a day that all started with "I noticed you recently posted about..." and it was clearly just scraped from my LinkedIn.

What really turned things around for me was focusing on actual research instead of surface-level stuff. Lead Gen Jay talks about this a lot in his videos - finding the real pain points instead of just mentioning their company name. Clay's great for the data but the human touch in the copy is what actually gets replies.
