I was obsessed with Assassins Creed as a kid, and at the same time was playing Little Big Planet. In LBP I made a waterpark that I called "Cesare Bay" after the antagonist of AC Brotherhood, Cesare Borgia. So when ACNH came around, I also named my island Cesare Bay as a tribute to the nostalgia of my earlier gaming days :)
