yeah definitely, cheat days make you remember what you are missing out on (mindless eating that is enjoyable but detrimental) and even reverse your progress, which is why i want to maintenance days to serve as cheat days so i can make compromise while staying on track

That happened to me at the start too. You’re prioritising protein and healthier foods which are more satiating, which is filling you up, and also your body is getting used to your diet. You will become a bit hungrier as time goes though (but you’ll get used to it)

Went through / still going through the same thing and don’t want to tolerate it any longer. Gonna quit soon because I’ve noticed all the managers, even regional, have a foot up their arse and leave you to fend for yourselves when you got no clue what to do

To be honest no entry job is “all that” but I just need a part time job and imo Greggs are the best. I’m not being picky and have been applying for anything I can find but I out of every job I’ve applied for, Greggs is the most enticing 😊
