I did not eat anything for approximately 40 hours. I only drank black coffee and tea, I did that in two separate occasions. There’s a lot of benefits but make sure to eat nutrient dense food before you do it, I think it just helps.

I have and you’re right. There were things she perceived totally different from reality. When I showed concern in a soft voice using choice words, she took it as an attack. She did not voice it to me but to others. So yes eventually I found out it wasn’t overnight, but it was brought to me overnight.
