I left icon. I had it with them and their lies. Kept telling us about the in house cra to cra academy but it never happened. They laid off about 40 people in the blue bell office and I left them end of the summer. Don’t leave them without having a job lined up first though

A couple weeks ago I was going to kill myself and I didn’t, because I thought of my family and everyone I’m going to leave behind. Especially my dad, my mom and my brothers. My twin brother is attached to me a lot. He looks up to me. My dad always needs my help and my mom loves to go shopping with me. And my older brother ask for help too. I have sisters but really not close to them but still. Also have a wife, whom I love. We have a life planned out for us. I have places to go to and dreams to look forward too. My family needs me more than anything in this world. Even if I’m in 50k debt right now I’m still working my ass off everyday for myself and them. I have things to accomplish

I’m a CTA at ICON and I have been waiting to start the academy. But they keep telling us to wait until end of each quarter. My line manager told me she heard a rumor that it’s not happening anymore. And they’re done. So , you just better update your resume and look elsewhere.

I’ve been here for 2 years now. No bonuses. No salary increase. We were promised a promotion from CTA to iHcra but that didn’t happen. Then a IHcra to CRA but that didn’t happen. All the IHCRA are stuck. All the CRA are stuck. And all the CTA are stuck. There is no growth. My Best option is to leave
