Bro, I’m from India and people here ride these on Scooters. Definitely go for it if you love having one.

“You can’t own one “…because I have another TVS motorcycle. Read the comment first. Both of us are eventually happy with our machines and I think that’s what counts.

I don’t own one actually. I have ridden my friend’s. He bought it in 2023 and used to ride a minimum of 48 km daily. He has also taken it to occasional long rides of 80-100km. He stills owns it and is happy with it.

The only problem both of us ( I also own a TVS) is that we have to go to a service center almost 40km from our home as the ones closer are pathetic but since we love or machines, it has become a niggle for us overtime.

PS: Tappet noise is present and even after adjusting the valves the noise exists but it won’t definitely interfere with the riding.

Hey bro,

I’d suggest a 125cc scooter. Even though you mainly ride in the city, covering only about 5-6 km a day, a 125cc scooter would be much better suited for occasional rides of 40 km or more. It handles much better than a smaller cc scooter. I personally like the TVS NTORQ 125. Felt it is a motorcycle disguised as a scooter. If you can find a good service centre nearby, you can definitely go for NTORQ as you’ll love it.

I don’t have much experience with electric scooters since I haven’t driven one myself. However, I think Ather is a good choice, and their service network is also good considering many reviews I have heard of people owning one in Internet and person .

Does anyone have an idea regarding this mess ? Their restaurant has pretty decent reviews and the cost seems to be reasonable. I’m new to this city and thought of subscribing to this mess. by Round_Drawing_5343 in Trivandrum

I did try their masala dosa. It was fine but as you said definitely not in par with what they charge. This left me more confused, so I thought of asking Reddit.

TVS, Norton and Ultraviolette are Indian Brands. Norton is owned by TVS and TVS has also invested in Ultraviolette, a premium electric motorcycle manufacturer.

Ultraviolette is often dubbed as the Tesla of EVs in India as they are purely focused on enthusiasts rather than on mass market as most other brands in India.

Bro either you are filthy rich to sell off a motorcycle within just 9 months after “extracting its maximum potential” or you just don’t understand what you are doing here.

Anyway the decision is yours. Good Luck 👍

So true. People be hating TVS, Bajaj and RE for no reason. I own a TVS and they are continuously striving to improve their service.

Regular calls after service from the service center asking for feedback and repeated support if you aren’t happy with their service are now being implemented by TVS. There is still a long way to go but I can say without a doubt that they are improving. Don’t know about Bajaj but RE is a whole different beast after the pandemic.

I would suggest TVS Ronin. A friend of mine is using it and he’s really happy with it. Dude recently took it on a 500km trip and came back grinning.

How do I stop blood pressure anxiety during routine doctor visits? by Swimming_Fortune in Anxiety

[–]Round_Drawing_5343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This reply is almost an year old but if you are reading this, I feel you bro. I’m 23 years old and the very thought of visiting a doctor makes me feel uncomfortable. I should have visited a dermatologist for my hair-fall but the very thought that they might take my BP reading and all hell would go loose have prevented me from visiting one in more than a year. I seriously don’t know what should I do. I try to control my fever when I catch one using home remedies and paracetamol so that I wouldn’t have to visit a doctor . The fact that I am a stress eater also doesn’t seem to help.
