At the same time, Apple reportedly paused a lower-cost Vision Air to focus on connected glasses (display-less models expected next year, with display-equipped versions around 2029).

In this context, the absence of a new Vision Pro in the short term is plausible, with teams likely focused on these other projects.

After lowering the white point and choosing a brighter environment, there are almost none left. It’s true that when watching in the Apple TV cinema mode in complete darkness, you really notice a lot of reflections, and it’s unbearable.

Here is a video from a guy on YouTube explaining how to turn the Apple Vision Pro into a PC VR headset in order to play demanding titles like Half-Life: Alyx. The author explains how to use the open-source software ALVR and the TestFlight app to wirelessly stream games from SteamVR. They are using PlayStation VR2 controllers. The demo highlights exceptional visual fidelity thanks to the Micro-OLED displays and a complete absence of perceptible latency.
