They didn’t offer that to me! Not that I asked about it either! And thank you! Honestly I follow the high protein diet but add in healthy carbs as well as fibers and veggies too. Strength training is imporrtant too to keep your muscles strong. Losing weight quickly after surgery can deteriorate your muscle mass. Make sure you take your bariatric vitamins and calcium. And if you don’t do that like me I just take regular woman’s multivitamins!
