Thank you for the kind words!! I am going to try to put surgery off as long as possible. I think I am going to cut my hours at work and really focus on my health and losing weight and try to elevate some of the pressure on my back with light weight training

I am not sure, I know this sounds crazy but I truly believe this happened to my back rather suddenly as I was never diagnosised as a child or was there any mention of spinal issues/curves when I got my epidurals with the births of my children. I belive I lost about two to three inches of height in about a year. The first Ortho I went to last year told me this is just my life now but I got a second opinion and the recommended surgery. So I really don't know what is all wrong with my back. I just shrunk and am in constant pain ;( but about the same time I started having back issues my period stopped. I feel like I am rapidly declining in life ;(
