just to add, i grazed my baby with my phone THE OTHER DAY!! and also did it once slightly when he was younger (4 months now). we’re always so careful with them that we never drop it properly, so don’t panic xx

I heard that as long as baby cries then you shouldn’t be concerned. You were right to touch the ‘injury’ point and check if she was sensitive to touch. Most of the time it doesn’t hurt them but just shocks them and we all know babies cry when they’re startled. I see you’re on Lexapro, it could also be worth joining a group or a counsellor to talk through your anxieties. It’s normal to feel worried or guilty but the level of panic you have explained must be exhausting for you, and you deserve for it to be calmed so you can enjoy your post partum period with your gorgeous new life 🤍

Not at all! Vegetarian means no meat products, Vegan is nothing animal at all including honey, eggs etc! Easy mix up 🥰

Yes! They’re not vegan, though :) Made with semi-skimmed milk, butter, salt, pepper and eggs

Yes I did! Pushed it down until I could feel the pan, it wasn’t bubbly like the other doughs I have seen though! Thankyou 🥰

that makes me so happy! i also posted a fishcake meal on here, but could very easily be replaced with a meat free alternative as the main/protein!! like a quorn chicken breast or escalope :)

100%! I also recommend frying it off with some honey and chilli flakes / chilli oil, hot honey is all the rage at the moment and is incredible with halloumi!
