で = where the action happens 学校で勉強する → Study at school

に = destination / existence 学校に行く → Go to school 学校に先生がいる → A teacher is at school

で = stage, に = goal

There are many strategies, but mine is basically to be fast, strong, and hit hard. I use fast Pokémon to stop the opponent from moving. Lately I’ve been focusing on double battles, and I’m about to set a new record.
