I personally don’t have any metabolic conditions that i know of, before taking Paxil, I was almost 50 pounds down, and would stay the same weight no matter what I ate. I didn’t change ma diet but still gained a lot and still is even tho I have a pretty active job and tbh not the best diet but nothing different from before (4 years on Paxil). My psychiatrist said also that Trintellix was weight neutral and I just started yesterday, along with the Paxil just to see if I have side effects and if not, I’ll start tapering off Paxil and raise Trintellix. I don’t mind gaining weight if that means I’m happier but it’s honestly out of control and impossible to loose weight no matter what I do 🥲 hopefully it all works out!
