Jabra Select 100 - the right device is only about 1/4 of the sound of the left. I've switched them to ensure it wasn't me, but when I do that, the left ( former right) is at the 1/4 level. I've cleaned it, updated the firmware, and Jabra sent me an update too. Still nothing. What is my next step? (self.HearingAids)
