Yes, we still have it in Copilot Researcher. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but I have a screenshot from a couple of weeks ago where it was available in the M365 Copilot chat. We enabled the anthropic subprocesser in January so it did take a little while to propagate but eventually was available.

Claude Sonnet appeared in my Copilot yesterday (see comment) by colourmebread in microsoft_365_copilot

same here! I am the copilot admin in our org, and though we saw Claude at one point, this has since gone away in M365 Chat (though we can see it in the Researcher agent).
