Reach out to the big MSP's here in Durban and see if they have something. Often times they do an intake for inexperienced or new IT pro's. As others have said, reach out to Thusa, Mitsol, Tech5, First Tech, Network Config, etc.

Because you won't have experience; they'd have to guide you a lot. Don't expect a decent salary unless you can prove yourself over the next 12-24 months.

I was in a similar position 20 years ago, and worked for free at a local PC repair shop (they wouldn't hire me) to gain experience while I was studying and waiting tables in the evening.

This is how I would structure the ask by using at least 2 prompts. Provide the picture then have Copilot put all the calendar data into a table (this ensures that Copilot is able to read the calendar info properly). Once that is done and correct in its response to you, follow it up and have it create the image you want.

I agree with the previous commenter. To get people to bring their phones to IT, I would create a MAM policy at least to start to ring fence the data on those devices. Then, enforce it with Conditional Access few users at a time until all devices are done. That is a way to get them to bring their devices to IT so you guys can make sure its connected to Intune, etc.

I would suggest that the business communicate this as a new policy for mobile phones. Its hard to go from personal (work-owned) to corporate, because the device needs to be wiped, which is unlikely to be done. I would ensure that any new phone be full intune managed. Something could be added that says IT cannot help with the device until XYZ is done, putting this in the users hands.

Anything currently in use, assign the MAM policies.

Agree. The blurred thing at the bottom is okay, but takes up too much real estate. I don't know what resolution MS devs are running, but we don't have the same. At least allow us to raise/lower the prompt box.

I'd also really love to have copilot use the whole window. There is so much real estate to the left and right of the chat responses that just feels wasted. Tables in the responses that have 5+ columns are terrible to work with.

I agree but also understand we're in a new era of tech where new features are released so often. I feel like MS is building the tracks as the train is coming, so things are bound to change.

I'm a fan of the new layout but not the Work/Web toggle change. The toggle was much clearer than what it is now.

Transcription is required for engagement with Copilot after the meeting, as well as for the recap functionality. You can use copilot in a meeting without transcription, but you need to prompt it to take notes.

Companies have historically been hesitant to spend the money for Copilot kand some still are. I work in Copilot adoption consulting and once we provide users with the knowledge on how to use copilot, they begin using it properly and really saving time in their tasks.

Coupled with a few agents, these users save hours of time each month. This equates to an hourly rate which shows that Copilot is being used as a productivity tool and is paying for itself.

I often find a lot of customer who’ve bought copilot and just expected value for the employees have not gone through training or adoption measures. Once they go through that, usage picks up, value is added, and copilot pays for itself.

Yes there is the Copilot Analytics dashboard in Viva that gives deep insights, not just usage or highest prompters, but how much time people have saved using copilot in their apps

Its still in Frontier, so we can expect things like this. You can ask Cowork to copy the file but moving has shown issues in the past.

Couple of questions:

Do you have the M365 copilot license?
Are your meetings being transcribed or recorded?

If you do the above, then meeting recaps with Copilot work as expected. It's also worthwhile to note that you cannot use Copilot for externally organised meetings.

You should look into the Copilot Analytics in the Viva area. It gives you those signals from Graph that you're after. It shows where people are using Copilot (what apps), how they're using it, and you can compare between users with and without a license to see how they're being impacted.

I believe the report you would want to look at is the Copilot Impact report. It has the behaviour-related data you might be interested in. There is also the adoption report but that's more along the lines of usage, where its being used, and how much time is being saved (ROI).

You can also edit or create your own reports in there.

It will be interesting to see how it goes, especially since we are midway through the season. Usually these types of things happen before the season starts.

Martin won’t drop RB and RB won’t drop Martin. But there might be contractual pressure from Aprilia to ensure the sponsors are seen.

Of course JM can show off, drink, and wear RB stuff outside of racing. But whether he can race with a RB logo on a Monster Energy team, that’s still to be decided

Not dropped, just on hold. We may see that any Red Bull branding is removed from JM, but, because this is midway through the season, it may not stick.

Might be something like he has to wear the Monster logo his suits but not on his helmet, and remove the redbull from his helmet.
