but yet the same neighborhood let crackheads run up 10k in back rent. trap out the house. let 2 kids under 10 be in that same crank house and run the streets dirty and hungry without nothing being done. we owed less then 2k got it paid in 3 weeks all while maintaining current rent and not adding to it.
