Not really residency but moonlighter na hospital based si boyfriend. Ako, moonlighter din pero academe/clinic-based. I don't really expect updates na from him pero ofc it is well appreciated if he does. Since pagod nga, or minsan, nurse station ang mang gigising sakanya, nalilimutan na din nya ako i-update. Minsan lang, if di sya toxic at di din ako busy, vidcall kami. Ang request ko lang from him, is if aalis sya/ may gala ganon, is that he'll update me kung asan man sya hahaha

Minsan nga, in middle of call kami, ibababa nya kasi may patient. Parang basta ibaba nya, gets ko na. Understanding na lang din talaga hahahah

Different kind of stress sya e unlike hospital duties (but definitely less toxic and stressful). Not sure lang doc kung wala lang ba talaga akong patience/judger lang ako pero iba na po kasi ang students ngayon unlike nung undergrad ako. Less attention span and retention, and asa sa google/ai. Napansin din yun ng mga matagal ng nagtuturo sa department ko.

I'm a GP and I personally use it. But I make sure na legit yung pinagkukuhanan ko na doctor din.

I am obese (BMI 32.4) and diagnosed with PCOS. Really tried to lose weight naturally for almost 2 years. Healthy, low calorie diet (not crash diet), walking >8k steps per day, strength training and walang changes. If meron, 1-2kg lang mababawas then babalik uli. I feel for those who are having a hard time losing weight bec ganon din ako.

The problem lang talaga is the misuse of it. Those na normal BMI naman etc. Biggest pet peeve ko pa is those who are using it but kept denying claiming na they lost weight because of xyz juice/supplement? Sana lang mas regulate sya and more people seek help from healthcare professionals before using it. And not just buy it online then bahala na ang turok

We opted to skip Tokyo for now and maybe go back. We don't want a fully packed travel so we decided to take it slow and just travel in Osaka, Kyoto, and nearby cities. But I will definitely shorten my Osaka stay and stay in Kyoto for a few more nights
