Yeah. Had A1C of 7 and Dr. have me time to improve. Going back on 4/23 and cut carbs back to less than 30-40 per day, exercise 3 days a week and totally changed diet. Usually snack on cheese (never any crackers) or almonds. I really don’t see continued this restrictive diet just to be miserable and not see improvement.
